Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Doxab.AI (the "Service"), operated by Vegavaan Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Faridabad, Haryana, India ("Doxab.AI", "we", "us"). By registering or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Doxab.AI is cloud software for clinics: patient records, consultations, digital prescriptions, follow-ups, sharing with patients, reports and - on eligible plans - AI-generated treatment suggestions. Patients can view the records their clinic shares with them in the patient portal / app.
2. Who may use it
- Doctor accounts are only for medical practitioners registered with the National Medical Commission or a State Medical Council, and their clinics.
- You must be 18 or older and give true, complete details. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your mobile number and devices secure.
- Patient accounts are personal; a patient may only access records claimed with their own mobile number and Patient ID.
3. The doctor's responsibility
The doctor alone is responsible for every diagnosis, prescription, dose, advice and record created in the Service, for obtaining the patient's consent to digital records, and for complying with applicable law including the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, the Indian Medical Council (Professional Conduct, Etiquette and Ethics) Regulations and the Drugs and Cosmetics Act. Doxab.AI does not verify registrations unless the profile is marked "Verified".
4. AI suggestions
AI suggestions are generated automatically by a third-party language model from the details you enter. They are decision support only, may be incomplete or wrong, and are not medical advice to patients. Nothing is added to a prescription without the doctor's action, and the doctor must review every medicine, dose, interaction and contraindication before prescribing. AI usage is subject to fair-use limits shown in the app.
5. Plans, prices and payment
- New doctors get a free trial of 14 days (no payment details needed). After the trial a paid plan is required to add new records.
- Plans are prepaid for 1, 6 or 12 months: Standard (₹200 / ₹1,000 / ₹1,800) and AI Power (₹500 / ₹2,700 / ₹5,000), or the prices shown in the app at the time of purchase. All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST at 18%. A GST tax invoice is issued for every payment.
- Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd. (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). Doxab.AI never receives or stores your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password.
- Plans do not renew automatically; nothing is charged without your action. Renewing early adds the new period after the current one. An upgrade to AI Power starts immediately and any remaining Standard period continues after it.
- We may change prices for future purchases with notice in the app; a plan already paid for is not affected.
6. Referral credit
Doctors earn referral credit, as a percentage of what a referred doctor pays, under the commission rules shown in the app at the time. Credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, can only reduce your own Doxab.AI invoices, and is reversed if the underlying payment is refunded. Self-referral, fake accounts or any abuse leads to forfeiture of credit and suspension.
7. Your data
Records you create belong to you and your patients. You can export them at any time, including after your plan ends. When a plan ends the account becomes read-only; records are not deleted. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Acceptable use
You will not: create false records; access patients who are not under your care; share your account; upload unlawful content; try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service; or use it to send spam.
9. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We may improve, change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the whole Service we will give at least 30 days' notice and refund the unused part of prepaid plans.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Doxab.AI is not liable for clinical decisions, indirect or consequential losses, or loss of profit. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or put patients or the Service at risk. You may stop using the Service at any time; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Faridabad, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
