Do I need a computer?
No. Doxab.AI works on any Android phone or tablet in the browser, and can be installed like an app. A computer and printer work too.
What does the AI do - and who decides?
For the diagnosis you choose, the AI suggests medicines with doses, tests, warning signs and advice. It is decision support: you review every line and nothing is added without your tap. You remain responsible for the prescription.
Does the AI see my patients' names?
No. Only age, gender, weight, allergies and the clinical notes of the visit are sent - never the name, mobile number, address or patient ID.
Can I try AI on the Standard plan?
Yes. The free trial includes AI, and Standard plans get a few free AI tries every month. AI Power gives AI suggestions on every visit.
What happens when my subscription ends?
Nothing is deleted. You can still view, print and export all your records. Renew to add new visits.
How do I pay? Is GST included?
Pay by UPI, card or net banking through Cashfree's secure checkout. Prices include 18% GST and you get a GST tax invoice for every payment.
Can my patients see their records?
Yes, if you allow it. They sign in with their mobile number and the Patient ID printed on the prescription, and see only the visits you shared.
Is my data safe?
Each clinic's records are separated. Access is logged. Shared links need the patient's mobile digits and expire. Please read the privacy policy.
