Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for Doxab.AI subscriptions purchased on doxab.ai or in the Doxab.AI apps from Vegavaan Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd..
1. Try before you pay
Every new doctor gets a free trial of 14 days with all features, including AI suggestions. No payment details are needed for the trial, so you can check that Doxab.AI suits your clinic before buying.
2. No automatic renewal
All plans are one-time prepaid purchases for 1, 6 or 12 months. We never charge you automatically. You can simply not renew; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and afterwards your records remain available to view, print and export.
3. Cancellation and refund within 7 days
If you are not satisfied, you may cancel a paid plan and ask for a full refund within 7 days of the payment, provided this is your first refund request for your account. Write to support@doxab.ai or use Support in the app, with your registered mobile number and invoice number.
4. After 7 days
After 7 days, payments are not refundable and the plan continues until the end of its period. Partly used periods are not refunded, except where the law requires it or where we discontinue the Service (in which case the unused part is refunded).
5. Failed, duplicate or wrong payments
If money was debited but your plan was not activated, or you were charged twice for the same order, the extra amount is refunded in full automatically or on request. Pending payments are confirmed or reversed by the payment gateway within 24 hours.
6. Upgrades
When you upgrade from Standard to AI Power, AI Power starts immediately and the remaining Standard period continues after AI Power ends - you do not lose any paid days, so no refund is needed.
7. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed within 2 working days through Cashfree to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet). Banks usually credit the money within 5-7 working days. A refunded plan is cancelled, referral credit used on that invoice is returned to you, and referral credit earned by another doctor from that payment is reversed.
8. Referral credit
Referral credit has no cash value and is not refundable or exchangeable for money.
