Shipping & Delivery Policy

Doxab.AI is an online software service. No physical goods are shipped.

1. Delivery of the service

Your subscription is delivered digitally. As soon as the payment is confirmed by Cashfree, your plan is activated in your Doxab.AI account automatically - usually within a few seconds - and you can use it on doxab.ai and in the Doxab.AI apps. You see the confirmation on screen and can download the GST tax invoice from Subscription.

2. Where we deliver

The Service is available to clinics anywhere in India with an internet connection, on any modern phone, tablet or computer.

3. Delays

If your plan is not active within 30 minutes of a successful payment, please contact us with your registered mobile number and the payment reference - we will activate it or refund the payment as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
