Doxab.AI is clinic software. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prescribe.

• Suggestions from usage show what doctors on Doxab.AI previously prescribed for the same diagnosis, to save typing. They are not recommendations.
• AI suggestions are generated by a language model from the details the doctor enters. They can be incomplete or wrong. The treating doctor must check every medicine, dose, interaction and contraindication before prescribing, and remains fully responsible for the prescription.
• Prescriptions issued through Doxab.AI are issued by the treating doctor, whose name and registration details appear on them.
• Doxab.AI does not claim to be certified, government-approved or ABDM-integrated.
• In an emergency, patients should go to the nearest hospital or call 112.
